****If your account has been cancelled due to nonpayment and you pay in full online, you MUST either send us a “Contact Us” form or call over the phone stating that you paid online to reinstate your account. We only automatically see the payments once weekly, so will have to manually pull up the payment to resume your services.****
To pay your bill online, click the “Pay Online” button below.
The link above takes you to a secure payment page through our credit card processor, NMI. There you can use the form provided to pay your bill with a debit or credit card, or even a bank draft using the routing and account numbers off your check.
When filling out the form please make sure you put your Customer account number in the appropriate field.
If you don’t have your customer number, it is ok to leave this field blank as long as your billing address matches the address we provide service at.
To sign up for paperless billing: You can sign up for paperless billing by sending us a contact message to sign up for e-mail billing only or by contacting us by telephone. To sign up for automatic bank draft you must call in to the office during regular business hours BEFORE you make a payment online. We will have to bill your bank account an initial time before the automatic bank draft can be set up.
